NAVNET 3D NOT SEEING ETR-30N SOUNDER

HI THERE FELLOWS

I JUST INSTALL MY NEW NAVNET 3D SCREEN , TRYING TO CONNECT THE ETR-30N SOUNDER BUT NOT BEEN SEEING ON THE NAVNET 3D SYSTEM ?? PLEASE ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS WILL BE VERY APPRECIATED.

ETR-30N GREEN LIGHT FLASHES FOR SOME 2 MINUTES THEN STAYS ON.
ETR-30N KNOB THATS GOES FROM 0 - 9 IT IS IN THE ( 0 ) POSITION.
ETR-30N ETHERNET BLUE CABLE GOES TO A CONVERTION CABLE TO MATCH THE NAVNET ETHERNET PORT ON THE BACK OF THE SCREEN.

If the sounder status light is going solid, you have a communication/connection problem. It is most likely the network cable. It could also be the network board. You might have your dealer check the sounder on the bench.

Thankyou jhonny , just bought the Etr-30n so first will try with cable ... What cable do you know i can buy to match etr-30n and the nsvnet 3d ethernet port ,?? Waiting for Your kind advise
