NavNet 3D Intallation Wizard

All the sudden one day I turned my unit on and the Installation Wizard appears. I've tried to reset everything, unplugged the unit, nothing. I also lost all my charts. Electronics guy mentioned lightening or master board is gone. Any other ideas?

Thank you for the inquiry. Based on what your describing it will likely take some work on the tech bench to get sorted out. Do you know what version of software the unit was running before the trouble? You could try to to re-flash with a complete software load, sometimes it can work.

If not it will need to either comeback to Furuno USA for service our one of our authorized dealers for service.
