Hello everyone.
I am writing to seek help on our nav 3d units which we have on our rescue boat. I have been having trouble with the units performance not working correctly. More often than enough, I have been initializing the entire system on start up everytime.
Firstly I have been having problems with the radar not transmitting (only transmitting in initialization mode) and the GPS position puting me at a default location of 0 degrees lat and long. All of the status lights on the interface units under the console seem to be okay with green lights and no alarms (according to manual)
All of the local Bermuda charts are still on the units but cannot seem to get the units working up to optimal performance.
Is there a firmware update or updates which need to be performed? The units are four years old.
