Missing DFF on MFDs

I recently updated my BB and MFDs. The sounder display is no longer on the MFDS, it's only on the BB. How do I get the sounder to show up on the MFDS again?

You updated software or to completely diffrent MFD types? What is the system currently?

The software on all three 12" MFDs and BB were updated to the latest, 2.13. My starboard MFD and BB both show the sounder as a view option, but the port MFD doesn't. I'm stumped.

Each MFD has their own configuration files. Go to the (problem) port MFD and hit MENU and see if you have a "FISH FINDER" icon. If you do select the Fish Finder icon and go to the top of that menu for Fish Finder SOURCE and select the DFF1 for use and then leave the menu. If you don't have a Fish Finder icon; you need to go to the SYSTEM icon of the port unit and run the INSTALLATION WIZARD. Don't hit "skip". Let it time out as you go next until you start seeing the NMEA ports. Then go to GLOBAL - and subtab DATA SOURCES and ensure that for Depth you have the DFF1 setup as the source. Hit SAVE and Exit. When back to normal ops; try the fish finder icon again and selecting the DFF1 as the source. You will have this fixed in seconds. It isn't a real problem. It is just user configuration that needs to be sorted out.

Thanks for that tip. I did have to rerun the setup wizard and then configure it. Now it works great!
