Missing details

Hello, I got two issues with my my furuno

1. It will not show any details when zooming in.
2. After a couple of hours runntime my radar allways fall out

Any help will be appreciated.

It sounds like you don't have charts loaded/unlocked for the area you are looking.
Have you checked the chart Catalog to see what is loaded and unlocked?
As far as the radar, there isn't much information to work with. Have you checked to see that your software is current in the NN3D machine?
