MFD or Screen Upgrade Question

I have a furuno Navnet RDP - 143 and open array radar RSB-0091 and sounder Module ETR-6/10N has a square connector for the radar cable.
I want to keep the open array radar and replace the display, with the TZtouch or Something else, what is needed as far as new cable, modules etc??
Looking for a touch screen flush mount reccomendations?

Old analog radars can not work on the newer systems. You need a "DRS" (digital radar system) to work with the newer NN3D and above. The 7" Navnet Vx2 screen you have now is the newest display screen that antenna will work with.
