MCU-005 Keyboard problem

In a new installation of TZTBB2 (v6.21) also installed a MCU-005 controller with this PoE switch (MaxLink 6 port PoE switch PSAT-6-4P-250). On sensors I can see the MCU-005 which has an ip address, I can see the green led but I cannot operate. Also I cannot see on initial setup the Remote Controller Configuration section. I someone that archived to work with the MCU-005 on TZTBB2 (v6.21). Thank in advance.

There are several types of PoE, you must have Mode A/Alternative A support. Furuno USA provides a PoE for the MCU005 when purchased. (MCU-PWR-INJ) We recommend using that. I am do not know anything about the MaxLink PoE you are using. If that isn't that, I expect you might have missed an important step in the instructions. The first time the MCU005 is connected you MUST press and hold the CTRL key for it to establish initial communications between the MCU005 and the TZT2.
