Lose sounder signal over 3 knots of speed

My TZtouch2 with T525-5PWD 10 Pines transducer lose sounder signal immediately over 3 knots of speed.

I tried many of the possible sounder configuration but still seeing no performance over 3 knots.

Any ideas?
Any specific sounder setting?

Without seeing any pictures of the echo sounder screen, my first initial guess would be that severe turbulence might be the cause of the issue. :think

One way to check is to set your unit for High Frequency (HF), to see if your depth improves.
