IT Support/Customer Service = Brand Loyality

I had several user related issues with my Furuno unit- Manil on the IT side didn't just lead the way he expanded my knowledge base making me way more proficient with the unit. One might say, he was just doing his job. It is ability to listen, his willingness to assist and explain all the facts with ease that really deserves a whistle.

Thanks for the feedback. The FUSA support guys are pretty sharp and with Covid they continue to power through. I will pass your comments to his supervisor. :D
