Hi everyone,
I have a question about how to handle my existing bottom survey data.
I previously created a survey of my main fishing area using my old setup, which was a single-beam system without the Furuno SCX20 satellite compass. This year I upgraded my system and now I have both the SCX20 satellite compass and the DFF-3D multibeam module.
I’m wondering what would be the best approach:
What do you recommend in order to get the most realistic and accurate bathymetry possible?
Thanks in advance for your advice!

- Should I start scanning from zero with the new system?
- Or should I scan over the existing single-beam data (without the satellite compass) that I already have?
What do you recommend in order to get the most realistic and accurate bathymetry possible?
Thanks in advance for your advice!
