I recently replaced a broken NMEA2000 GPS/Heading sensor with a new one of a different model. The TZTouch2 shows the new GPS sensor in the Data Source list and allows me to select it as the "preferred" sensor for Position, Mag Var, SOG/COG, Heading, Date/Time, Attitude and Rate of Turn which were all previously set to the old GOPS/Heading sensor.
It appears to be working fine. But, I hate loose ends - when I select one of these data items, the old GOS/Heading sensor no longer appears. So far so good. But, when I go the Sensor List screen, it's still listed there (twice actually - one says "Antenna..." and the other says "Compass..." in the second column and the 4th column. Since the device is no longer connected, the item is shown in gray instead of white and is not "selectable", tapping it does nothing of course.
How do I make these go away?
And yes, it is not an emergency and frankly does not seem to affect functionality in any way, it just bugs me. Sorry.
Thanks.
