Hour Meter Converts from Hours to Days/Hrs

Guys, my new Touch2 engine Hour meter switched over from total engine hours to days plus hours at the time I got 24 hours on the motors. Frustrating. The data display now shows:

2D-03hrs. So. This is instead of 51 hours. What good is days and hours? Must be a way to convert back to just total hours. Any help out there? Scott.

I believe it is the way it is programmed. What version of software are you running? Is this Yamaha or other engine?
