help with choosing dff3d transducer

hello to all.. I just bought my first Furuno unit... a tzttouch 3 ..its on my 25FT CC I need help picking The best 3d transducer I'm leaning towards transom mount I have looked at wet faced pocket mount but its a lot of work to install like that I troll for wahoo & mahi and deep drop in 300ft to 900 ft and some times deeper for swords off west palm beach fla ..can you please point me to the model numbers for transducer and black box would be best please ..... I also have a Simrad evo3s & S5100 BOX on the boat and thinking of buying a R5993kw shoot thru to mount in the bilge ...am I nuts to have Simrad and Furuno on the boat ..... I already own all the above except... the r599 shoot thru.... and the 3d tm mount and 3d box thanks

I feel like it's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Of course I'm going to say a full Furuno package is the best there is! lol
DFF3D is the only option for the 3D features. I have installed a few of the transom mount 165T-TM54 and they performed very well. It's all about placement with any transducer, more-so (I personally feel) with transom mounts.

i have the transom mount it works well but if i could id pocket mount it in a fairing! keep the simrad they are ok until you can upgrade it and have two furuno screens so everything talks! I've had lowrance/simrad and the furuno eats them for breakfast
