Good day. My GP-1971F, switches off intermittently. Voltage stable on 14,7V. Checked connections all seemed good. Any recommendations.

Is the shield wire of the power cable grounded to a bonded ground system? It sounds like a grounding problem, if not a power or connection problem.

Something else is, Go to Settings and connect to your phone’s hotspot or home/marina WiFi. It should prompt you for an update if your not up to the latest. Let me know your current software version otherwise?
