GP 1870 F with new thru hull transducer

Had a new Airmar B164-0-10-F transducer recently installed and struggling to configure the correct settings. The screens (both 50/250 KHZ) will not advance at all. Attempted multiple configurations of settings but no luck. Heading out in a few days so any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you confirm that the sounders Transmission is set to On, TX Rate at Manual 20 and screen advance at 1/1 for us.
