Furuno Navpilot-300 and TZT

The literature identifies ONLY the TZT2 as being able control the new 300 autopilot in a future software release (6.1) http://www.furuno.com/en/products/autop ... Vpilot-300

I have a TZT9 and was hoping to integrate it with the plotter (an use the included control as well) Will the TZT be able to integrate with the new pilot?

Is the 300 autopilot appropriate for my 28' twin outboard powered (4.2L 250 Yamahas)? I have Seastar power steering and was hoping to utilize their bolt on auto pilot pump (no new hoses needed, it bolts to the side of the power steering pump)

Virtual NavPilot controls for the NP300 will come to the TZT1 software around December with V6 software. The same support for the TZT2 will come sooner with V6.01 around this July. The NP300 sounds perfect for you boat. We just put one on an 27 foot boat with Sea steer and it worked great.
