Furuno 1834CNT vx2 ---compatibility with older components?

I have a 2002 Furuno NavNet RDP-138/139 10.4" display plotter/GPS/Radar, DFF1 sounder box, 1833C radome, GP-310B GPS reciever/antenna. Not sure what transducer it has, no paperwork on that (third owner).

I am researching replacing the display unit (getting some moisture in it, despite being always covered...plastic and cloth...when not in use.).
Is the current model Nav Net 1834CNTvx2 display unit compatible with the other 2002 components...radome, sounder box, reciever antenna, transducer?
Is the C-map card compatible, and can the waypoints in my older machine be transferred to the newer unit?

YES, you can replace an RDP139 with an RDP149 and it will fully support any items currently being used except the older style chart card. Keep in mind that RDP149 Vx2 was recently discontinued so you might want to seek one sooner than later.
