Purchased a CMAP 4D Chart Card ( M-NA-D940.52 ML4D 12/2021) for a 1670F. The machine consistently freezes after having the chart card in it for a few minutes. I re-installed the latest software and did a factory reset/memory clear. The issues still persists. I even but the 16gb micro SD into different SD card adapters with the same results. The machine works perfectly with the chart card not installed and is fast. I assume the card reader is fine since the software update went flawlessly. Is this chart card possibly too big for the 1670F or would you assume it is a corrupt card?

It sounds like a bad C-map card. I would recommend talking to C-map support and they most likely will exchange the card.
