FMD-3200 and FA-150 Problems

Hello everyone, I currently have two ecdis units and both send the alert that I describe below

-AIS General failure – Alert no 006
-Calibration file not found – Using uncalibrated colors

Furthermore because of this two errors which are continuously present I cannot even setup a user a profile or alter the settings from Chart alert and so on, because in the moment of trying to save the new settings, error that permanent warnings are not acknowledged and cannot be saved.
