At whatever speed or heading, the cog and sog on the tztl 2 7.01 software are flashing on and off every five seconds. There are 8 satellites visible. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Is it totally losing SOG and COG in the data box, then coming back? Is this at speeds slower than 3 knots where SOG/COG is not considered valid information? If your LAT/LON is not being lost it could be the speed you are going or the smoothing setting you have assigned to SOG/COG in your settings.
