Fish finder not working properly

Hi guys,

Running the following equipment:
- Tzt3
- Dff3d
- 165t PM 488 with pigtail adapter
- Chirp side scan
- SCX 2O

Firstly I'd like to say I'm incredibly happy with the performance of the side scan and the PBG.

Having some serious issues with the performance of the B265LH element, especially when compared to the old garmin running adjacent. Issues are as follows
- auto range does not work at any depth, in shallow waters it seems to read below the seabed
- the resolution of the sounder seems strangely low. Especially when manually ranging the depth. Fish marks only show up as what I can only describe as "blobs" or single pixels, never seen an arch or any fish in detail. Best way to describe is 240p vs HD. Have watched all the furuno reviews and it doesn't seem to match.
- no performance over 60m, can't seem to get a reading
- low frequency chirp doesn't seem to work at all
- accufish works occasionally which I found strange given the other issues ongoing

There was a day when autorange worked but now it is back to the same issues, resolution has always been a problem.

Had some comparison videos but can't seem to upload them so these are not the best examples, but should show depth reading issue as well as the poor resolution.

Would really appreciate some help on this! Thanks in advance
