Fish Chart from 3d to TZT2

I purchase a fish chart for my 3d unit. I now have installed a TZT12, the 3d is out. Do I have to buy the Fish chart again?

Since the purchased chart remains with your 3D unit you will need to purchase it for your TZT2.

BUT.. if you plan to buy any C-map Navigation chart for your TZT2; you automatically get the fishing chart for that area free. (Subject to availability)

As Melville says, the chart licence is assigned to and belongs to the unit, so you can't take it or move it over unless you also Nobeltec software with a cross licencing agreement. If you think this applies to you; contact technical support with your information.
