File Format for Import

I exported a file from my NN3D and it shows up as a .cvs file. Merged that with the .gpx waypoints from my Garmin unit. Now when I try to import from the SD card it can't find the file. I thought perhaps it was the location on the SD card, i.e. in User Date, not in User Data, etc. so I put it in both locations. Still doesn't find any file when trying to import.

Is there some format I need to be using or storing under a specific sub-file?

NN3D only accepts .CSV file format. You'll have to convert the .GPX file into .CSV.

Do you have a software to do the file conversion?

Yes, I had someone at a marine electronics shop
Do that for me. The file is in CSV. I notice when you do a “save as” there a re several different CSV options. Does it matter?

Try just a standard .csv format. Is there other data on that card you are using, try to just have that new file on the card and how many GB's is the card you are using?

How many points do you think you have?

Thanks. It worked. Reformatted the SD card and then put ONLY the waypoint file on the card. All downloaded and good to go. Thanks again!

I have a .csv file with 1,600 waypoints (Alabama Public Reefs).

It only loads 56 waypoints into the NN3D.

Any ideas why it won’t accept the whole file?

Thanks
