FAP-6111 rudder indicator

I need to replace my FAP-6111 Rudder ind. Will the FAP-6112 work with my Navpilot 5002 processor unit. Thanks Rich

I was noticing while in the programming mode that it shows the the rudder angle degrees as i turn the rudder. My problem is that it doesn't show the position on the Navpilot 500 unit on dash. when i hit autopilot button the rudder position shows up on the screen. Soon as i hit standby it disappears. Its a navpilot 500 and it Fap-5002 processor unit. Thanks for any info.Rich

Sounds like you just need to customize the display for the things you wish to show. You can have it show the RRU all the time at the bottom. Here is a direct link to the manual https://www.furunousa.com/-/media/sites ... 292009.pdf
I would start with page 2-3 "Choosing the display mode"

I have the rru selected but it doesn’t indicate where the rudder is. It only indicates when auto pilot is on. I’m going to try and remove it restart it then add it and see if that works. Thanks
