FA50 GPS Antenna

I have a FA50 AIS. It is not transmitting. Unit was tested last week by Furuno in Camas WA. It tested fine and transmitted fine. It is running the current software version. I’ve tested the dedicated AIS antenna and its wire. SWR 1.5. After a series of NMEA 2K tests, it appears that the GPS antenna is the fault (NG using the FA50 test feature).

Which GPS antenna using an NMEA 2000 connection is compatible with the FA50 so that I can purchase a new unit?

The FA50 requires that its own GPS source (the coax antenna) be functional for the unit to transmit. The coax GPS should be replaced. You can not replace that requirement with NMEA 2000 or 0183 GPS infomation.
