FA-70 GPS Antenna

Can the base of the GPS antenna that comes with the FA-70 be removed for flush mounting or does the pole mount need to be used?

The antenna is hermetically sealed. You will have to use a pole mount.

Does Furuno sell a gps antenna that can be flush mounted and work with the FA-70?

No. There isn't a flush mountable GPS antenna that works with the FA-70 AIS.
