Over the past few weeks, I have started to experience frozen screens on my TZT 3 16 units. First it would happen when going to full screen. I seemed to fix that with a hard reset to factory default without ever finding a cause. Nothing changed on my system as far as I know and the installation has worked fine for a year now.
Now a new issue has cropped up with the left side data box. When attempting to switch from "Route" to "Data", it won't make the change. Instead, it freezes. Fortunately the Home and display switching work so by going in and reselecting the display I was using, it comes back up working -- but it still won't switch from "Route" to "Data".
Any ideas for what could produce this?
