DSM570 - Hard reboot on alarm acceptance

Hello,

We have a DSM570 Display which on acceptance of an alarm 70% of the time it will hard reboot.

Uploaded a video of the issue below.

*Software version and model in image below - I believe it is the most recent copy.

Anyone have any suggestions? I believe this is a bug
