I love everything about the DRS4NXT except the size and interface.

Current unit is upto 36 nm and 24" OD.

Acceptable is a 16-24 nm and 19" OD.

Yes the LZ Touch is way cool, but way far out of price league.

A smaller DRS4NXT with Wire less function would allow for a more budget conscious buyer.

As of right now the DRS4NXT will come in a standard size 24" dome.

An alternative option for the TZ touch would be the DRS4DL.
THE DRS4DL is a 4KW 19" dome with Range from 1/8 N.M to 36 N.M

Although the DRS4DL does not come with some of the advance features on the DRS4DNXT
This option gives the end user a lighter (12.5 LB) and Smaller unit (19") that will perform efficiently.

Due to the cost of high power solid state components, it is unlikely the price will be reduced even if they can reduce the size of the unit. We will pass the suggestion to product development.
