DRS4D-NXT CABLE

I ordered a DRS4D-NXT to go with my new TZT3 12” Chartplotter. Only problem was the 10 meter cable was out of stock, so I ordered a 15 meter cable. The 10 meter cable would be way more than I need, so 15 meter is that much more so.

Can I cut the cable? Without effecting use of coarse.

You can. Just please pay careful attention to the wiring in the RJ45. Install a new, shielded RJ45 on the ethernet cable, do not splice original cable that was trimmed off. If you are not comfortable with this, any Furuno dealer should be able to do that for you at their typical shop rate.
