Does the Radar Mount need to be Angled?

I have to build a radar mount for a 1st Watch Wireless Radar on to a Robalo R200 with t-top. Does the mount need to be angled? If so, to what degree/angle?

It depends on how much your bow pulls up when running at speed. Ideally, you mount the radar where it is level when the boat is at speed.
