Dff1 with b258 picture issues

This year after replacing my MFD 3D due to a lighting strike, my sonar images have been very horrible. The image seems to be made up of small boxes and can’t if I do make anything it is also a darker small box. Not seeing any kind of detail. Adjusted my settings all went back and forth from the custom setting and into the fishing setting. Could my transducer or dff1 have gone bad? Any help is greatly appreciated. Yes, lightning might have also damaged the sounder. Sometimes it takes awhile for all damage to become apparent. Many dealers recommend replacing everything if hit by lightning especially essential items. You might want to send the sounder in for repair evaluation. It will most likely need to be replaced. The transducer is most likely okay at this point although it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a dealer test it with a TDT1000 transducer tester.
