DFF1 with Airmar 31-664-2-02

Hi, is the DFF1 able to produce a speed reading from the Airmar 31-664-2-02 Triducer?

If the speed sensor is good, then yes.
If not, that transducer allows for replacement of the speed/temp insert.

Thank you, so the dff1 does contains electronics to resolve the signal and output a speed reading to the MFD ? I don't have the transducer yet but was considering buying one..

Yes. The DFF1 can out depth, water speed, and seawater temperature provide a functional transducer is attached.
