What are the cut out dimensions for both:

TZTL15F

TZTL12 F

I gave up on downloading the auto cad drawings and actually reading them.

You don't need to download CAD files. The dimensions are posted at the back of the Installation Manual (Section D). Here is a direct link to the Installation manual for your convenience.
