Convert from Navionics to C-Map

My RPD-149 is labeled as a Navionics Gold unit running 01.06, 03, and I want to convert it to a C-Map NT Max running version 04.03, 07 software. Can I do this with a download or a purchased SD card? Serial number of the unit is 4326-2846 which I understand is important in obtaining the right software.

Your software is too old to convert with what is available on the website. Your unit requires a hardware mod and should be sent into your Furuno distributor for conversion.
