After insisting on keeping all my instruments standalone, I have joined the party and started a NMEA2K network to connect my TZT3 - 711autopilot – PG700 Heading Sensor and I would also like to connect my PG700 heading sensor to my 1815 Radar (NMEA 0183) via an Actisense NGX1 gateway.
The NMEA2000 works fine with everyone talking nicely to each other but I now need to figure out how to connect the radar cable with the rainbow of colors to my converter. I assume it is Connector 3,4,5,6? The question is which of those are the “Talker pair” and the “listener pair”? See photo of converter and radar info:
