Complete Retrofit

Im planning to replace my original Simrad system in my 2012 36 foot yellowfin with a TZ system/auto pilot and bird radar. The existing transducer is a Airmar R509 2kw and I'm hoping to leave it installed if this is not going to jeopardize the system.
I'm needing help with a complete system design. materials list and purchase.. My boat is in the Caribbean so I will have to ship everything direct for installation.
Questions
Is the Airmar R509 compatible with TZ components?
What is the best black box for this system?
i generally only fish for marlin and tuna so nothing under 500 feet is required.

If the installed transducer in your boat is the R509LH, then it is compatible with TZT3 when you are using a DI-FFAMP "Deep Impact" 2kW/3kW TruEcho CHIRP Fish Finder Amplifier.
