Can t get radar to connect to my tztouch 2

Just installed new tztouch 2 with DRS4D radar throught pu 017.got 48v at radar and tried new ethernet cable and still getting no source found on tzt2.

Go to Home > Settings > Initial setup > Sensor list. Do you see the radar under network?

Is that a brand new DRS4D or used DRS4D?

If it is brand new, go to > Home > Settings > Radar, make sure the DRS4D is set to the source under the radar menu.

If used, it might not have current software to be compatible with TZT2. Click on link below and scroll to the bottom for updating the radar sensor (I prefer to update using a PC).

Trying to download updated software for my DRS4D, get to page that shows good IP address,unplug power to reboot can t get update to start download.Obviously doing something wrong.

Do you see the IP address of the radar on the CMD box?

Make sure all firewalls and anti-virus software are all closed.
