Good morning. Wondering if it is possible to use my existing C-Map card from my SH CP1010i in the TZouch2. I know it will physically fit. The question is whether or not it will function. Or do I need to purchase a new card that has somehow been formatted for the Furuno.

No, you can not. The TZT2 only uses MapMedia 3D formatted maps. You would need a properly licensed MM3 chart, even if using the C-map core data charts offered by C-map/Furuno in the MM3 format. You might ask C-map if they will take your card in trade for a discount on the needed chart.
