I have a TZBB2. I use my iPad with Nobletec and my DRS4W as a back up radar/chart. Is there a way to get my AIS displayed on my iPad while using Nobletec with my DRS4W?

That would be a function of the Nobeltec software. I really don't know if their iboat software will support AIS or not. You might want to ask them because if it works, the next question would be how it must be connected/configured.

I was wondering if I could use the Furuno WIFI gateway to include AIS overlay supporting Furuno 1stWatch. A friend of mine is using Vespermarine Vision AIS as a WIFI Gateway to overlay Furuno 1st Watch Radar, TimeZero Charts and AIS on his iPad Pro 11.
I have attached a photo of his set up displayed on an iPad.
Notice all NEMA2000 data providing Wind, Water temp and Depth to the right. All done wirelessly.
Another question: Can I run both radars (DRS4W) as well as my Furuno DRS6A-NXT radar at the same time or would this cause interference from the DRS6A-NXT radar?

You can run both radars but they must be offset properly. Nominally one higher than the other by at least 18". You can't have them directly in each other's radar beam.
