711C failed rudder test

After I upgraded my boat from two 12" Vx2's to new TZT2 12" units, I have not been able to get my Navpilot 711C to interface properly. I went through the manual last weekend and performed all of the installation tests. I get through them all until I try the rudder test. The test quickly fails and I get the messages in the attached photos. Any suggestions on where I should start troubleshooting?

No photos were posted. Was the pilot working with the Vx2 prior or is this pilot a new installation? If new installation, did you have a pilot before or is this the first install of a pilot?

Thanks, I was able to attach the photos this time. The pilot was installed along with the Vx2's and it was at least partially working before. I was able to manually steer with the knob though I don't think we ever got it to steer to a waypoint.

The asterisk 9 on the rudder display represents that it is out of range. This means the rudder reference is either not working or the rudder setup wasn't done correctly in dockside setup. What type of boat is this? Do you have a RRU connected?

The RRU setup or RRU sensor is a problem. I recommend calling tech support while at the boat to troubleshoot the RRU.
