These units are old and neither chart company sells blank memory cards anymore. You would be looking on the used market. You can always export your points and routes to a PC following the instructions in the manual if you need an alternative method.

If you find a memory chip, be careful. Some of the newer memory cards can't be read by the unit if it has older software. You might find yourself buying something costly that wont work as you intend. I recommend the PC transfer method or paying your dealer who most likely has the tools needed to get your points.
