Contacting Furuno Departments

If you can not find your answer here in our Forum or in our FAQ knowledge base, you may need to call Furuno or one of our authorized Furuno dealers directly. You may find a local authorized Furuno dealer using the "Find a Dealer" link here on our web site. If you need to call Furuno directly, use the following guidelines to have your call routed correctly the first time:

The Repair department can give you an update on a unit you have sent to Furuno.
The Customer Service department can provide information about purchasing and availability. The Technical Support department can help you with installation and operational questions.

For Repair information please contact our facility in Camas, WA at 360-834-9300. For Customer Service or Technical Support you may contact us at our Camas, WA or Denton, MD facilities. See the numbers listed below.

Hi Furuno,

Just wanted to say thank you very much for all your help and support with our upgrade and smart sensor issues. After upgrading our software on a NavNet2 vxd the DST800 depth, speed and temp sensor responded accurately and with out a hitch. Thank you Jeff and Ron at yor Maryland Tech Support office for all your help and patience with our issues. Best reguards to all

am I correct in understanding a call is only supported Monday -> Friday, 9-5?

Both USA offices are open 8am to 5PM; Monday- Friday. The East Coast office is on EST and the West Coast office is on PST. Because of the time diffrence there is support available 12 hours each week day, except holidays. Many of our authorized dealers offer business hours on the weekend.
