Is the RSB-O071(RTR-058) 1832(RDP-118) compatible? What bracket to use to mount? At what angle for a 20 foot Skipjack Fly Bridge with a Radar Arch?

No, they are NOT compatible. The RTR-058 is for the 7" NavNet display units and are not compatible with the 10.4" or BB units. Think we have several threads over the years on the subject explaining it in more detail.
