RD-30 A-Temp

Sir,

Other than the Airmar weather station, is their a stand alone sensor to supply the required A-Temp NMEA sentence to the RD-30?

It will accept most devices that can output air temp via NMEA 0138. If you have a NMEA 2000 source, you can always use the IF-NMEA2k2 to convert the NMEA0183 to 2000. The Airmar product just offers the simplest solution in most cases.
