radar issue

Have a TZT2 15 inch along with a four kw dome radar. Installed in 2015. Running the latest software . Several times the last trip out the radar goes to standby mode without touching the button. Hit transmit and it starts scanning again. Any ideas ?

Please check to see if someone accidentally put it in Watchman mode.

ive had a unit overheat and it just turns off......happens frequently on long trips of 8+ hours.

Lack for current can cause a radar to go into stby. Check the power levels and power cable.
