NavNet Remote App

I can't seem to get the NavNet Remote app for iPad working. Is the NavNet remote app compatible with TZtouch2? According to the owners manual it is. I can get the viewer app and controller app working. I am getting a please wait message indefinitely and occasionally I get a message that too many devices are connected even though it's the only device.

Hi Eric,

the remote app is not compatible with the TZtouch2 this must be a misstake in the manual.
