TZTBB lost charts?

I just recently did a firmware update (4.21) to a customers machine but failed to do a master reset. The customer let me know that he seems to have lost some of his charts. I sent him the master reset instructions and he said he succeeded in the reset but still doesn't have some of his charts. Do we need to re-enter the unlock code? The base charts are available but he machine appears to not acces the added charts
 
Yes, your customer will have to enter the unlock codes to see the purchased charts.
If they no longer have them you can contact Furuno with the chartmaster number and they can be supplied.
