FLIR Video Integration

Have a Flir unit integrated on a TZT system consisting of 2 TZT14's and 2 TZTBB;s.
Thermal image to all four dispays via Video Input. All working fine until S/W upgrade to 4.11.
After upgrade, camera control and FOV displays properly on all units, but video will only display on the 2 BB monitors....not on the TZT14's.
Checked all setting in the menu and rebooted all systems without success.

Any suggestions??
 
It sounds like your video splitter amplifier might be weak. It doesn't matter if it is a VCR or a FLIR video would show when you select the correct input. You might also check the settings because there might be a PAL or NTSC setting than is set wrong.
 
System was working fine prior to software upgrade to 4.11.

I will feed a different video signal directly to the unit first and then try to reload 4.03 on one of the tzt14's to see if the video returns.
 
Fed vcr video direct....same problem.

Need to find 4.03 sw that worked before update.
 
Re-downloaded SW and reloaded.. Also tried direct with DVD unit. No luck.

Went into Serviceman menu an did PIN test.. Pin1 has Flir video while Pin 2 has blue screen.

That tells me the TZT14 is receiving data but will not display. Something with the new 4.11 SW.
 
Do not have 4.02 SW yet. Waiting for a response from Tech Support
 
Let us know. We haven't had any reports of video issues with newer software.
We also have a FLIR with new software running fine on a Grady White test boat.
