FA-150 LAN data

The AIS data will flow over from the FA-150 to the FAR21X7 or NavNet Network (whichever is the case). Heading and Position will STILL need to be wired into the commercial FA-150 unit due to IMO requirements. It will NOT get this info over the network. By design some restrictions apply when using IMO devices. If you fail to wire in heading and GPS it will cause errors on the FA150 and other unwanted negative effects.

That was my suspicion. Thank you for the reply!

I have the two sources of GPS (GP32 and the internal) I just need to add a NMEA0183 Heading sensor..
